Karla Ring, DMD
Dr. Karla is originally from Morrison, Colorado and now has a new home in Santa Rosa! She is a graduate from the University of Colorado where she met her husband, Jamie. Both were predental students and met in Honors Organic Chemistry Laboratory. She obtained her DMD degree from Temple University School of Dental Medicine in 2003 where she graduated top in her class of over 100 other students! After completing dental school, she returned to her native Colorado and practiced emergency dentistry in The National Health Service Corps in Alamosa, Colorado. After completing her two-year service, Dr. Karla was accepted into the endodontic residency program at Nova Southeastern University. She completed her training in 2008 and then started her practice in Westminster, Colorado. She has also practiced in Lincoln, Nebraska prior to moving to Santa Rosa.

Dr. Karla is a proud member of the American Association of Endodontists as well as the California, Colorado and Nebraska dental associations. She has been published twice in the Journal of Endodontics: once for her research in stem cell therapy within endodontics and once showcasing her clinical skills in the management of a difficult anatomical root canal.
Dr. Karla has two wonderful children (Keira and Carter) with her husband Jamie. When she is not under the microscope in treatment, she loves to cook nutritious whole foods for the family (one of her favorite hobbies is researching foods and how they can impact the body). She is an avid runner as well! Dr. Karla has completed several half- marathons and is excited about challenging the hills of Santa Rosa! She is also a volunteer coach for her son’s soccer team and her daughter’s biggest cheerleader during Keira’s competitive cheer events.
Dr. Karla looks forward to meeting you in her practice and helping you with your root canal needs.
