I had an outstanding experience from start to finish during my root canal appointment. The check-in process was seamless, the cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging was state-of-the-art, and the pre-op consultation was thorough and reassuring. Watching the flawless collaboration between my doctor and her assistant was a pleasure—every step felt smooth and professional. First place I’ve been to where I can say I genuinely did not feel a thing. They were super nice and did a great job explaining what they were going to be doing and talked me through the whole procedure. Definitely recommend!!

Let’s face it, the prospect of a root canal is not something people look forward to. Dr. J. Ring and his team were friendly, caring, and professional. There was no pain, and I was in and out of the clinic in about 1 hour. There was an insurance issue, and Hope, their business manager responded professionally and courteously. I am confident that I was in good hands with this team of professionals.

I came here For a root canal and I was referred here from my dentist. When I came in, they were really nice at the front desk and they saw me fairly quickly. I got back to the chair and everyone was very friendly and eased my anxiousness by telling me how everything was gonna go. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes, which was great because it didn’t even feel like it took that long. The doctor was very caring and understanding and very patient. They also knew that I was going on a trip out of the country in a couple of days so they made sure that I would be taken care of while I was on my trip

I could not have had a better experience having my root canal done at Cornerstone. Everyone I met was so very friendly, kind, and informative. They explained everything they were doing to me before, during, and after the procedure. They showed before pictures and after pictures to show what they had done. The root canal procedure was almost completely painless other than the shots to numb up the area. I experienced no pain during the procedure and had zero pain issues after the procedure. They gave me a information sheet of how to care for my mouth after the procedure and numbers to call if I had any issues. They also followed up with a text a couple days after the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. The people there were amazing and I would 100% recommend Cornerstone.

I began having strange symptoms that had never occurred previously. Every person I worked with at Cornerstone put me at ease and explained every detail. The procedure was a root canal on a previous tooth with a crown. They made it seem easy to make healthy and sure enough, they got it healthy again! Will gladly go back for any care needed in the future and highly recommend Cornerstone Endodontics!!

I’m beyond grateful to have been seen here. I was informed by two dentists before being seen here, that I most likely needed a root canal. Conerstone was one more effort to have my tooth looked at, and it simply needed a small adjustment to previous dental work. They took care of it on the spot, and I had immediete relief. Everything was very comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend.

Until two months ago, I hadn’t gone to the dentist in about 8 years. In those 8 years I struggled with my mental health and found myself in a lengthy battle with alcohol addiction. Taking care of my teeth (as well as my physical health in general) was about the last concern I had in the world. After getting sober, I finally decided to take back control of my life and go to the dentist. I was TERRIFIED. As one can probably imagine, I have a lot of catching up to do in terms of getting my teeth back to a good place. When I was told to was going to need a root canal I sobbed in my car afterwards. I did not want to go back, but I knew that I had let anxiety set me back too far already. So I went back and I got referred to Dr. Jamie Ring at Cornerstone. I set up an appointment for my dreaded root canal and I forced myself to walk through the doors. And let me tell you, that was the only part that was hard. Everything about my experience from the moment I checked in for my appointment until it was finished was…AMAZING. Everyone I interacted with at Cornerstone was so pleasant and kind. Dr. Ring and his assistant Laura both did a great job of explaining the procedure so I knew what was going on. I was scared it was going to hurt and I did not feel a thing!!! In fact, I was relaxing, even laughing mid root canal at the banter and conversation going on between the two of them. When it was all over, I couldn’t believe how enjoyable(I know that sounds crazy!) the entire experience actually turned out to be. In one hour my entire perspective towards dentists and doctor visits changed. Because of the lovely people at Cornerstone, I feel like I can confidently tackle all my other fears and I can and WILL get my teeth back to feeling and looking healthy. Hoping I don’t have to have another root canal for the sake of saving my teeth, but if I ever do I know exactly where I’m going. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Thank you all!!!

Dr Jamie, his Assistant and the front office staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped with my paperwork, explained my root canal procedure, answered any questions I had and were very reassuring. The procedure was painless and 8 hours later, no pain at all! Dr Jamie and the entire staff were completely AWESOME. They got me in on a very timely manner and their service was AMAZING. I was extremely pleased with Cornerstone Endodontics. Dr. Karla Ring and her assistant were very pleasant and very gentle while doing my root canal. I don’t think I have ever had a more gentle experience on my teeth. I have had three previous root canals ( my endodontist retired), that were “okay” experiences, but nothing like the experience I had yesterday with Dr. Karla Ring. Truthfully, during the cleaning of the roots, I nearly fell asleep a couple of times. I was at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Karla Ring and her assistant! Oh, and a bonus, they happened to be playing “The Eagle” radio station, very quietly in the background. 🙂

The office was very sanitized with a calm atmosphere. The front desk was helpful, patient, and informative regarding insurance and forms. The assist and doctor we’re absolutely fabulous. They thoroughly explained the issue and the procedure. I will recommend Cornerstone in the future!

Top of the line care at Cornerstone Endodontics. I didn’t know what an Endodontist was prior to this and I had been terrified of ever having to get a root canal. They were super professional, kind, and patient with me as I asked questions. They described the process

Went in for a root canal. The entire staff was friendly and very welcoming. They made me feel at ease and they explained everything they were going to do before actually doing it. Dr. Ring did a great job and I was surprised how quickly the procedure was completed. The day after the procedure I am not feeling any pain and am back to normal. I highly recommend Cornerstone Endodontics.

Had a great experience yesterday. Dr. Jamie was very professional and did a nice job of explaining what he was doing each step of the way in my root canal procedure. His assistant, Michelle, was very nice and smoothly got me through the prep needed prior to the procedure. I definitely would return for future work.

I had to have a root canal done on a back tooth on the bottom. I was incredibly nervous due to really bad experiences with dental visits in the past. I’ve had dentists work on my teeth when I wasn’t numb and it’s left me with a great deal of anxiety. From the time I walked in the door, the whole experience was great (well, as great as needing a root canal can be). The staff was very reassuring and understanding. They took time to explain things and make sure that I understood and was okay before proceeding. I would 100% recommended Cornerstone Endodontics to anyone I know! Dr. Karla Ring is great and her staff is wonderful too

Very friendly and professional staff! Every step from X-ray to treatment was throughly explained to me. Doctor was one of the best I have ever been treated by in the past forty years! Wonderful staff from start to finish! Very friendly and kind on the phone, and the same when in the dental chair. Dr. Ring and his assistant took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. With Covid-19, I had to wait an extraordinary long time for my appt. when businesses opened up- it was only because I was at emergency status that I was able to be seen. Dr. Jamie Ring and his staff from beginning to end, provided a safe and welcoming environment – making even the 2 root canals that I needed seem effortless! Bravo to all of them!

Not having invasive dental work for 30+ years, to say I was “anxious” going into a re-treatment of a root canal would be an understatement. The entire staff at Cornerstone Endodontics, as well as Dr. Jamie, put me at ease immediately. I’m 100% certain that should the time come for more dental work, I will be driving to Lincoln again, without hesitation. Five shining stars!

I did not know that a small percentage of root canal procedures don’t work well. The infection remained well after treatment. The Entodontist very kindly reviewed my situation and proposed an additional treatment at no further cost to me. The options were clearly explained and the treatment is underway.
It’s nice to experience professional folks who stand behind their work without profit being the ultimate goal.

Amazing!!!! All staff are kind and friendly!! I was very nervous. Dr. Karla Ring explained everything in detail. The root canal took about an hour. She told me to take ibuprofen for pain. Once the numbing wore off I didn’t experience any pain. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Karla ring to anyone.

Generally you don’t want to have to get a root canal done, but I’m glad this is the location I found to do so. I was able to get and be treated the day I called, and Jenn was so helpful in informing me of the cost of the procedure and different ways I could use to pay. She also informed me more of what my insurance would cover to put me at ease before the procedure, so I appreciate the level of communication the staff believes in.
I can get anxious with dental procedures, but Dr Karla and Joni helped me feel at ease through the entire procedure. Everything about the process was explained to me so I knew what to expect before they started. They were very thorough with what was going to happen and what I would feel before it happened, which definitely helped ease my worry. The whole process went better than I expected, and they had me back out into my day in no time.
Dr Karla also had multiple suggestions for taking care of any pain I might have, which I appreciated. She listened to my concerns and prescribed me medications that would help get me through the next few days after the procedure. It was a pleasant, good experience, and if there’s ever a moment where I need to suggest a endodontics place for someone to go to I’ll recommend Cornerstone.

The best root canal ever. It took an hour. She took her time and was gentle with the shots. Propped my mouth open so I didn’t have to work as hard. Gave me a days worth of ibuprophen. The procedure was just slick. The office staff was very very friendly!
